Job Description
A Personal Care Aide is responsible for assisting the elderly and/or disabled members with essential daily living needs in their homes and in accordance with their plan of care. The floater will do temporary fill ins in the absence of a regular scheduled PCA or for any unstaffed members.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have valid drivers license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation.
  • Must have completed personal care training program and competency.
  • Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly.
  • Ability to carry out directions, read and write.
  • Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
