Role OverviewProvides personal care assistance to participants at the Adult Day Health Center and in their homes to maintain a healthy and independent lifestyle.
What You Will Do
Provide direct participant care, including personal care, nutrition, and hydration, as well as indirect participant care responsibilities such as light housekeeping and delivery of medication.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 1 year-Related work experience
- Basic Life Support Certification within 6 months
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification within 6 months
- Valid Driver's License
