Role OverviewAs a key member of our direct-care team, PCAs provide one-on-one support to residents in their daily routines, socialization, and overall well-being. We offer a set schedule with every other weekend and holiday off. Our company is family-owned and private, based in Hershey, PA.
What You Will Do
Assist residents with daily routines, build bonds through companionship, and show patience, compassion, and empathy in interactions with residents and their families.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Effective communication skills
- Compassion and patience in personal interactions
- Ability to perform physical tasks required in the role
- Ability to understand and speak English at a safe and efficient level
