Role OverviewThe Personal Care Attendant I provides assistance to frail elderly individuals in their homes or at the Adult Day Health Center, demonstrating knowledge and skills necessary to provide personal care and ADL/IADL care.
What You Will Do
Provides Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and Independent Activities of Daily Living (IADL) to support participants, completes safe transfers, documents participant services, and maintains a clean and orderly environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with frail, low-income elderly, be proficient in oral and written English, and have basic proficiency in computer skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid California driver's license
- Current vehicle insurance
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Current Basic Life Support CPR card
- First Aid Card
- Proficient in oral and written English
- Basic proficiency in computer skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with frail, low-income elderly
