Job Description
Pérez Law is a dynamic and client-focused law firm seeking a full-time Case Handler to support their Personal Injury team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and a strong communicator, capable of handling multiple cases at various stages of the PI case lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in a legal assistant or legal support role (PI experience preferred)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
  • Proficient in MerusCase or similar legal case management software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the California PI case process, including treatment and settlement phases
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with Apple systems and cloud-based tools
