This role is well-suited for an attorney with 5 to 7 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience who is comfortable managing cases independently while working within a structured, team-oriented environment. The position involves handling matters from intake through resolution while providing exceptional client advocacy throughout the litigation process.
What You Will Do
Manage personal injury cases from inception through settlement or trial, evaluate claims, assess liability and damages, and develop case strategy.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active and good standing membership with the Illinois State Bar
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
