Role OverviewWe are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience, trial experience, and strong communication and people skills.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will handle auto accidents, premise liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death cases, nursing home abuse, and home and business property damage cases. They will represent the firm's clients after pre-suit and through the conclusion of the case, whether via settlement or trial.

Requirements
- Full-time Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
- 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Trial experience; First Chairs during the trial
- General litigation experience
- Motion practice
- Fact and expert witness deposition experience
- General discovery practice
- Strong communication and people skills
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Experience with SmartAdvocate® (case management software)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently
- Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workload
