What You Will Do
You'll take ownership of personal injury cases from intake through settlement, developing the strategy and driving the case forward. You'll conduct strategic investigations, analyze medical records, develop case strategy, draft and review demand packages, negotiate with insurance carriers, and evaluate settlement offers.
