Role OverviewWe are looking for a Pre-Litigation Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with 5+ years of experience to take ownership of personal injury cases from intake through settlement at a fast-growing national PI firm.
What You Will Do
Managing a full caseload of personal injury cases (car accidents, slip and falls, etc.) on the plaintiff side from intake through settlement, conducting strategic case investigations, negotiating with insurance carriers and opposing counsel on behalf of clients.

Requirements
- 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
- Active attorney in good standing, barred in Illinois
- Stable work history — no short stints of a few months; reasonable tenure at each role expected
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred (Chicago clientele is bilingual)
