RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance with their insurance needs.
- Review clients' existing policies and recommend tailored coverage options to meet their individual requirements.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional insurance products to enhance client coverage.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly resolving client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies to offer informed guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to overall agency success.
- Actively participate in new business sales efforts, acquiring new personal lines insurance policies and driving agency growth, with commission-based earnings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in Personal Lines insurance as an account manager would be a bonus but not a requirement
- Valid Utah Property and Casualty License or willing to get licensed upon hire
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in agency management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.

Salary range is $48K to $50K per year.
