Personal Lines Client Service Agent

• Connect with potential clients, understand their insurance needs, and present personalized coverage options.
• Review existing client accounts to identify potential opportunities for additional coverage or services that may benefit them.
• Explain policies clearly, including what’s covered and what’s not, and keep accurate records of all client interactions.
• Follow up with leads, ask for referrals, and use the prospect database to grow the client base.
• Assist clients with policy updates, service requests, and help ensure claims are handled quickly and fairly.
• Accept payments when needed and maintain organized electronic client files.
• Work with the manager to plan client visits and maintain strong client relationships.

• Must have or obtain a Property & Casualty License within 90 days.
• Knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and underwriting practices preferred.
• Proficient with computers and common office applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex information clearly.

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
