Job Description
The Personal Lines EIA Sales Producer represents Educators Insurance Agency, a division of Hanover Insurance, in effectively managing its customer and prospect relationships, selling insurance products to new customers, and managing existing client relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Must have and maintain appropriate state license(s) and continuing education credits
  • Strong sales and service orientation
  • An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers
  • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, initiative and the ability to multi-task are crucial
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
  • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
  • Easily adapts to new or different changing situations, requirements or priorities
  • Cultivates an environment of teamwork and collaboration
