The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about providing best-in-class customer service to clients while helping them prepare for the unexpected.

Key responsibilities include establishing and developing exceptional customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate customer service, discussing client coverage needs, and contributing to individual goals and agency success.

Requirements
- Property and Casualty license
- Pass background check
- Customer service experience
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Good operational computing/typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers)
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to multi-task
