Role OverviewWe are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to assist with client services and retention in one of our local offices. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about providing best-in-class customer service and helping clients prepare for the unexpected.
What You Will Do
Establish and develop exceptional customer relationships, provide prompt and accurate customer service, discuss client coverage needs, and process policy changes.

Requirements
- Property and Casualty license
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
- Pass background check
- Customer service experience
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Good operational computing/typing skills (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers)
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to multi-task
