Key responsibilities include establishing and developing exceptional customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate customer service, discussing client coverage needs, and processing policy changes.

Requirements
- Property and Casualty license
- Pass background check
- Customer service experience
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Good operational computing/typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers)
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to multi-task
