The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on growth and retention, and will be enthusiastic about providing best-in-class customer service to clients.

Establish and develop exceptional customer relationships, provide prompt and accurate customer service, and contribute to individual goals and agency success by following our set retention processes.

Requirements
- Property and Casualty license
- Customer service experience
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Good operational computing/typing skills (45+ WPM)
- Pass background check
