Job Description
This is a Personnel Analyst II position in the Employment Services Unit. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, ability to collaborate with various departments and staff, and proficiency in Microsoft programs and tools.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university, preferably with a major in public or business administration, social science, industrial psychology, or a closely related field
  • One year of full-time professional public personnel analytical work advising on policy and performance management or preparing and conducting Civil Service or merit-based recruitments at a level equivalent to a Personnel Analyst I in San Joaquin County service
  • Possession of a valid California driver's license
