Role OverviewThe Personnel Assistant - Human Resources will perform technical personnel work involving various phases of personnel administration, including organizing and supervising the maintenance of personnel records, preparing reports, and completing complex studies of personnel problems. The role will also involve supervising the preparation of payrolls, preparing certifications, and maintaining records for professional tenure appointments. The Personnel Assistant will advise the supervisor of appointments, changes, leaves of absences, and resignations or terminations, and will assist the Executive Director in carrying out the functions of civil service and instructional personnel.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and two years of full-time experience in personnel work
- Associates Degree from an accredited college or university and four years of full-time experience in personnel work
- An equivalent combination of education and experience as defined within the limits of the above qualifications
