Job Description
The Personnel Associate II position provides para-professional assistance to the Human Resources Officer in developing and maintaining an equitable and uniformly applied system of Personnel Management in a medium-sized county Department of Social Services.

Requirements

  • High school graduation or possession of a high school equivalency certificate
  • One year of general clerical or administrative support experience, with at least six months of paraprofessional personnel experience
  • Experience working in a State, Local, and/or Federal Government environment (desired)
  • Experience interpreting data to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (desired)
  • Experience working in an HRIS System (WorkDay) (desired)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and/or Google Applications (Docs, Sheets) (desired)
