Role OverviewThe Personnel Security Analyst / Adjudicator – Mid operates with minimal guidance on all but the most complex cases, managing a higher volume of cases and taking a more active lead in the appeals and legal documentation process.
What You Will Do
Effectively manage a caseload of over 80 cases, prepare Statements of Reasons (SOR), investigative files, and First Level Review recommendations, conduct personal appearances for Appellants, and partner with SMEs to conduct interviews.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma/GED + 5 years of relevant experience
- Prior adjudicative experience supporting the Clearance Division
- Experience working within compartmented programs
- Proven ability to handle a large, complex workload with high personal integrity
- Advanced writing and briefing skills capable of synthesizing multi-source data into supportable final reports
