Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and hard-working Pest Control Technician to join our team in Orlando. As a Pest Control Technician, you will spend your day helping others in the community by solving pest issues and building long-term relationships via honesty, empathy, and outstanding customer service. You will travel to appointments and meet with customers to assess pest problems and execute specialized treatment plans.

The main day-to-day responsibilities of a Pest Control Technician include traveling to appointments, assessing pest problems, and executing specialized treatment plans. You will also spend time building long-term relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements
- Ability to safely move about customer locations, ascend/descend stairs and ladders
- Ability to safely move items and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in all regular seasonal weather conditions
- Flexibility to assist in various service departments within the branch as needed
- Basic math skills to measure and mix product applications accurately
- Ability to operate a variety of hand tools and equipment safely
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Technical proficiency with computers, smart phones, etc.
- Valid driver's license for at least 3 years with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
- Good oral and written communication
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule (between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.)
- Availability to work some weekends
- High school degree or equivalent
