This role functions as the primary owner of the customer experience in the field, ensuring services are executed correctly, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.
What You Will Do
Perform treatments according to label, company standards, and defined scope, maintain clean, professional work areas, and educate customers on pest issues, treatments, and prevention.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or service-related role
- Valid Texas apprentice, technician, or certified applicator license (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
