Role Overview

Client Service Reps and Pet Care Techs provide a five-star experience for clients and their pets. The roles involve cross-training and flexibility in scheduling. The ideal candidate is open to learning both roles and working as a cohesive unit.

What You Will Do

As a CSR, you will provide excellent customer service, manage front-of-house operations, and ensure the company's mission and values are upheld. As a PCT, you will deliver compassionate care, cleanliness, and core promises to our furry friends.

Requirements

  • Must complete K9 Resorts Certification Program
  • Customer service-oriented
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Some weekend and holiday hours are required
  • Ability to lift at least 20 lbs
