Role Overview

Join Lancaster Laboratories as a molecular biologist to develop and optimize technologies for phage display selections. You will be an integral member of an innovative team, supporting discovery campaigns from library/reagent preparation to binder characterization.

What You Will Do

Prepare reagents, support phage display selections, perform downstream binding and functional assays, and maintain experimental records. Strong hands-on experience in biochemical and molecular biology techniques is required.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will be part of an interdisciplinary team, and your scientific curiosity and interest in display technologies and peptide therapeutics are valued. Direct display experience is a plus but not required.

Requirements

  • B.S in Biology, Chemistry or a related field
  • M.S in Biology, Chemistry or a related field
  • 0-2+ years of experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in basic biochemical and molecular biology techniques
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship
