Role OverviewLead a team of 15-20 Systems Engineering employees supporting Phantom Works programs across St. Louis and St. Charles sites. Provide day-to-day people leadership, including coaching, performance management, and succession planning. Partner with program and functional leaders to align staffing and resource allocation with business and mission needs.

Coordinate team priorities, manage workload, and foster collaboration across sites and programs. Identify capability gaps and drive improvements in team processes and execution. Communicate effectively with employees, peers, and leadership to build trust and alignment.
