Job Description
As a Pharmaceutical Sales Recruiter - Contractor, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified pharmaceutical sales candidates, working with internal hiring managers to identify target candidate profiles, and providing a slate of best-fit candidates to quickly fill open positions of critical need. You will source candidates through various channels, screen and interview them, and manage candidate progression through hiring manager interviews. You will also attend job fairs, open houses, and professional/sales recruitment events. This role requires strong recruitment experience in pharmaceutical sales, a Bachelor's degree, and 5+ years of full cycle recruitment background.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute a recruiting strategy for each open position
  • Source candidates through the Syneos Health ATS, job boards, and social media
