Job Description
You will source, screen, and manage candidates for pharmaceutical sales positions, working with internal hiring managers to fill open positions. As a contractor, you will be responsible for developing a pipeline of qualified candidates and providing a slate of best-fit candidates to quickly fill critical positions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field
  • Recruiting or internship experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills including AI, web-based tools, MS Office skills
