Job Description
We're seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Recruiter to develop and execute a recruiting strategy for each open position, source candidates through the Syneos Health ATS, job boards, and social media, and provide a slate of best-fit candidates to internal hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years' full cycle recruitment background
  • Strong recruitment experience in pharmaceutical sales
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of service delivery and do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Strong computer skills including ATS, web-based recruiting tools, MS Office skills
