Job Description
As a Pharmaceutical Sales Recruiter - Contractor, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified pharmaceutical sales candidates. You will work with internal hiring managers to identify target candidate profiles and provide a slate of best-fit candidates to quickly fill open positions of critical need.

Requirements

  • Source candidates through the Syneos Health ATS, job boards, and social media
  • Screen and interview candidates
  • Manage candidate progression through hiring manager interviews
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications or related field
  • Recruiting or internship experience in a customer facing role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills including AI, web-based tools, MS Office skills
