Job Description
Pharmaceutical Sales Recruiter - Contractor responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified pharmaceutical sales candidates. Work with internal hiring managers to identify target candidate profiles and provide a slate of best-fit candidates to quickly fill open positions of critical need.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute a recruiting strategy for each open position
  • Source candidates through the Syneos Health ATS, job boards, and social media
  • Screen and interview candidates
  • Manage candidate progression through hiring manager interviews
  • Attend job fairs, open houses, and professional/sales recruitment events
