Job Description
Join Syneos Health as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in partnership with a Biopharmaceutical company. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders, achieving sales goals, and delivering clinical brand specific presentations. The successful PSR will have a deep understanding of the healthcare delivery system, product and competitor knowledge, and local and regional market trends.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required, Life Sciences preferred
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical experience
  • Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships and strong customer dedication and influence prescribing habits
  • Ability to learn, apply, and communicate products and disease states
  • Proven track record of success in exceeding results
  • Team player who can also work independently, highly collaborative and motivated to succeed
  • Strong communication, business analytics and account management skills
