Job Description
Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist position at Syneos Health. Develop and execute integrated territory business plans to meet and exceed sales performance objectives in an assigned territory. Collaborate with internal team members and travel to assigned healthcare accounts.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years pharmaceutical or medical device experience required
  • 2+ years of account-based sales experience with preference in the allergy/respiratory or biologics space.
  • Understanding of Buy & Bill and Specialty Pharmacy distribution modalities preferred.
  • Planning and organization skills, analytical ability, business acumen, decision making ability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts.
