Job Description
Kern Medical is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to join their team. The pharmacist will work in the inpatient pharmacy and be responsible for compounding, preparing, and dispensing medications to patients. The pharmacist will also provide drug information and guidance to health professionals and patients.

Requirements

  • Graduation from a recognized school of Pharmacy
  • Possession of a valid license to practice Pharmacy issued by the California Board of Pharmacy
  • Ability to prepare a wide variety of drugs and medications
  • Ability to communicate and work cooperatively with health professionals and the public
  • Ability to properly direct and supervise the work of ancillary pharmacy personnel
