Job Description
The Transplant Pharmacist will lead the delivery of advanced pharmaceutical care for transplant recipients, providing critical pre- and post-transplant clinical services, and contribute to education, quality improvement, and committee initiatives.

Requirements

  • Pharm D. degree
  • Current CA Pharmacy license
  • ASHP-accredited residency (preferred)
  • Completion of Specialty Pharmacy Fellowship in solid organ transplantation (preferred)
