Role OverviewMountain Park Health Center is looking for Pharmacists to join their team to provide high-quality pharmaceutical patient care and services. As a pharmacist, you will foster the pharmacist-patient-provider relationship and motivate patient cooperation toward the delivery of care.
What You Will Do
Review and evaluate medication orders, dispense medication, provide counseling and information to patients and staff about medications, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient medications.
