Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- 0-1 years of hospital or retail pharmacy experience
- RPH - Registered Pharmacist active license in state of employment
- BCPS - Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist or other BPS specialist
