What You Will Do
Review and interpret prescriptions, dispense medications, counsel patients, monitor patient medication therapies, and maintain accurate records.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The successful candidate will have a current Pharmacist License, a Pharm D., and 2-4 years of related experience. Framework LTC and Framework ECM experience is preferred.
