Role OverviewWe are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to service our patients throughout the Marietta/Gainesville area. The Pharmacist will collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize medication therapy and promote medication adherence.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities of the Pharmacist include medication management, patient consultations, care coordination, and care management, all aimed at enhancing patient care and reducing rehospitalizations.

Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited pharmacy program
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the state board of pharmacy
- Clinical pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking skills, and ability to apply evidence-based medicine principles to patient care
- Ability to evaluate high-risk patients, develop care plans, and coordinate care activities to meet patient needs and improve outcomes
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and promoting a culture of excellence in healthcare delivery
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Ability to read and communicate effectively
- Strong written and verbal skills
