Job Description
South Texas Spine & Surgical Hospital is seeking a Pharmacist PRN to provide exceptional care to patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, monitoring inpatient and outpatient drug therapies, and working with medical staff to find alternatives when needed.

Requirements

  • Registered with the Texas Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist
  • Ability to be self-directed, demonstrates accountability, professionalism, and receptiveness to change
  • Fulfills annual continuing education requirements
  • Maintains confidentiality of patients, coworkers, and facility information
  • Reports any known or suspected activity that appears to violate laws, rules, regulations or the SP Code of Conduct
