Role Overview

The Pharmacology Specialist will simulate the pharmacology layer of each data room, including PK and PD datasets, dosing regimens, and bioanalytical reports. They will ensure dose rationale and concentration data are clinically plausible. The Specialist will also design prompts, golden outputs, and rubrics for AI agent evaluation, and collaborate with teams to ensure pharmacology data withstands expert scrutiny.

The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Pharmacology Specialist include simulating pharmacology data, authoring dose selection rationale, and designing prompts and rubrics for AI agent evaluation.

Requirements

  • 20–25 hours/week availability
  • Experience supporting pre-market (Phases 1-3) programs as a clinical pharmacologist
  • Hands-on PK/PD work, dose selection, and exposure-response analysis required
