Role OverviewThe 340b Program Analyst performs administrator duties by evaluating 340b purchases and dispensations in retail and hospital pharmacies. The Analyst gathers data for routine meetings with pharmacy leadership, finance, and compliance officer. The pharmacy department works to achieve optimal medication use and patient outcomes in a collaborative environment.
What You Will Do
Maintains and administers 340B split-billing software, ensures 340B program compliance, develops and executes self-audits, manages and troubleshoots pharmacy billing issues, and assesses opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
