Role OverviewThis position supports Hennepin Healthcare's Specialty Pharmacy, located in the Purple 1 building. The Pharmacy Assistant will support mailing and delivery operations for the pharmacy department, along with various other functions.
What You Will Do
The Pharmacy Assistant will provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service in a fast work environment in a community pharmacy setting. Must be able to handle multiple tasks every day.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous experience as a pharmacy assistant/clerk
- Previous experience managing point-of-sale transactions
- Computer and advanced keyboard/typing skills
- Ability to speak a second language - Spanish, Somali or Hmong preferred
- Working towards a licensed technician certification through a certified national program
