Job Description
The Pharmacy Coordinator provides direct patient care and collaborates with other healthcare team members to optimize pharmaceutical care for patients in a virtual environment. Conducts patient outreaches and assists patients with navigating medication use aspects. Ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Medicare Advantage prescription benefits and a passion for providing quality care to seniors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education (GED) required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operational pharmacy benefits (health plan or PBM), clinic setting, high volume call center, or retail pharmacy
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • eClinicalWorks or similar EMR experience
