Job Description
As a Pharmacy Department Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the assigned pharmacy department, improving prescription count and patient count, and ensuring a positive company image through exceptional customer service and professional image. The role requires a strong background in pharmacy practice, computer applications, and supervisory experience.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy School; preferably with a Pharm. D. degree
  • Current Board of Pharmacy license
  • Progressively responsible experience in pharmacy and computer applications of pharmacy practice
  • Over one year of related work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, especially related to health care colleagues
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
