Role OverviewThe primary responsibility of the Dispatcher is to be the point of contact for the pharmacy employees, drivers, and client communities to ensure the time pick-up and delivery of pharmacy deliveries. Responsibilities include route support, overseeing STAT processes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and problem-solving proof of deliveries.
What You Will Do
Coordinate the dispatching of pharmacy delivery drivers, ensure timely and accurate delivery of medications to customers and healthcare facilities, manage emergency medication orders, and maintain accurate records of delivery activities.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

- Proficiency in using dispatching software, Microsoft knowledge, GPS systems, and other computer programs
