Job Description
CVS Health is looking for a Pharmacy Intern to join their team. The internship is a 3rd year program that provides hands-on experience in a retail pharmacy setting, with a focus on developing skills and preparing for a Pharmacist role. The intern will assist the pharmacy team in ensuring that pharmacy operations run smoothly, patient prescriptions are filled promptly and accurately, and patients receive excellent service.

Requirements

  • Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
  • Valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
  • Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
  • Ability to confirm prescription information and label accuracy, ensuring patient safety
  • Ability to work in home store, and across the market in other locations, to meet business needs
