Role OverviewAs a 3rd year pharmacy intern, you will work as part of the pharmacy team, delivering exceptional care to patients, and ensuring a safe and effective Retail Pharmacy work environment. You will be immersed in a culture of continuous improvement, with the goal of changing health care for the better.
What You Will Do
You will play a critical role in patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, inventory management, and workflow management. You will also lead with heart, display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues, and facilitate a team culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride.

Requirements
- Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
- 0-3 years relevant work experience
- Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
- Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
- Ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
- Ability to have finger dexterity, reach overhead, and extend hand(s) and arm(s) multiple directions
