Role OverviewCVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams in retail locations. This role focuses on applying didactic learning from pharmacy school into real-world practice to become ready for a Pharmacist role. Under the direction of a preceptor, you will complete a comprehensive training roadmap covering store, district, and regional operations.
What You Will Do
You will assist the pharmacy team to ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly, fill prescriptions promptly, safely, and accurately, and provide caring service. Responsibilities include following SOPs, contributing to positive patient experiences, offering immunizations, taking telephonic prescriptions, completing inventory activities, and delivering additional patient health care services like immunizations and point-of-care testing.

Requirements
- Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
