Job Description
The Pharmacy Intern will work virtually full-time, with in-person training sessions, and be responsible for prescription interpretation, data entry, prior authorization processing, and troubleshooting adjudication issues.

Requirements

  • Ability to work 20 hours per week for the duration of the internship
  • Currently enrolled in a Pharmacy program at an accredited college or university
  • A current, active, unrestricted Pharmacist Intern license in applicable state(s) required
  • 1st year PharmD students preferred
  • Prior experience working in pharmacy retail strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent Communication, Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills
  • Excellent Public Speaking and Presentation skills
