Role OverviewThe Pharmacy Lead Certified Technician will provide exceptional customer service, train others, and support company health and wellness initiatives. They will assist the pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring a pharmacist's professional judgment. The role involves leading by example, delegating tasks, and ensuring execution of department standards.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include providing a stellar customer experience, training and mentoring new hire technicians, encouraging and monitoring new techs through the technician training program, and overseeing inventory management. The role also involves acting as a pharmacy safety subject matter expert, complying with sanitation and safety regulations, and administering immunizations where applicable.
